This Refund Policy explains the refund request window for Typeoff purchases processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.
14-Day Refund Window
You may submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Your request must be submitted before this 14-day window expires. Requests made after the window are not eligible unless applicable law gives you additional rights.
How to Request a Refund
For a purchase processed by Paddle, submit your request using any of these methods:
- Use the support or subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email
- Open the billing or subscription management page associated with your purchase
- Visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose the refund request option
Please provide the email address used for the purchase and your transaction details so Paddle can locate the order.
Eligibility and Processing
A request submitted within the 14-day window is eligible for review; submission does not automatically guarantee approval. Paddle reviews and processes requests under its Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply in your country. If local law gives you greater rights, those rights continue to apply.
Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but is separate from requesting a refund. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you also want a refund, you must submit a separate refund request within the 14-day window described above.
Purchases Through Other Providers
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or another payment provider are governed by that provider's refund process and policies.
