Typeoff is an AI-powered voice input application. We provide:

• Real-time voice-to-text transcription
• Multi-language support with intelligent punctuation
• System-wide keyboard shortcut integration
• Both free and paid subscription tiers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Typeoff
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it
• You may not share your account credentials with others

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free Service

We offer a permanently free basic service tier that includes a monthly allowance of voice input usage. The free service is subject to usage limits, which we may adjust from time to time.

3.2 Paid Subscription

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices, but will provide at least 30 days' advance notice
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method and keep it up to date

3.3 Refund Policy

For monthly subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of subscribing, we will provide a full refund. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be provided after these periods.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Typeoff's Rights

The Typeoff service, software, design, trademarks, and all related content are the property of Typeoff Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

4.2 User Content

You retain all rights to content you create or transcribe using Typeoff. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, to provide the service, you grant us permission to process your voice input to generate transcribed text.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy very seriously. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Typeoff, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

• Voice data is only used for real-time transcription and is not permanently stored
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time

6. Disclaimers

Typeoff services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate transcriptions, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• Availability: We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Suitability: We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services or content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Typeoff Inc. and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
